O fundo imobiliário BTG Pactual Corporate Office (BRCR11) anunciou nesta segunda-feira (7) o pagamento de R$ 0,50 por cota em rendimentos em outubro.

O dinheiro vai cair na conta dos cotistas no dia 14 de outubro. Desde terça-feira (8), o FII BRCR11 começou a ser negociado ex-dividendos.

O resultado do mês de outubro é igual ao rendimento do BRCR11 do mês anterior.

Na comparação com o mês anterior, considerando a variação no valor da cota, o dividend yield deste fundo imobiliário ou de 1,00% para 1,11%.

Já o dividend yield do BRCR11 em 12 meses é de 12,2924%.
