Uma boa notícia para os investidores do fundo imobiliário XP Log: eles vão receber R$ 0,78 por cota em dividendos. Os rendimentos do XPLG11 serão pagos aos cotistas em dezembro.

Os proventos do XPLG11 serão distribuídos em 13 de dezembro, para os cotistas posicionados no fundo imobiliário no fechamento do pregão de sexta-feira (29). A partir de segunda-feira (2), as cotas aram a ser negociadas ex-dividendos.

Os rendimentos do XPLG11 ficaram estáveis na comparação com o mês anterior.

Já considerando a variação do preço da cota mês a mês, o dividend yield do XPLG11 estava em 0,80% no mês anterior e atingiu os 0,83% neste mês.

Com isso, o DY anualizado do fundo ficou em 10,7598%.
